Privacy Policy

Last updated 10 September 2026 · Saath Life LLC

Saath is in private beta, by invitation only. This policy says plainly what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it. If something here is unclear, write to hello@saath.life and we will answer in the same plain terms.

Text messages and your mobile number

We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Message frequency varies by account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help.

If you give us a mobile number, we use it only to send you the messages your own account generates — reminders and updates about the things you asked Saath to keep track of. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their marketing. Your number is shared with our messaging carrier solely to deliver your messages, which is the only way a text can reach you.

Stopping is immediate and we record it. If you reply STOP, we stop sending to that number on that channel. Replying START turns them back on.

What we collect

What we do with it

We use it to run your own coordination and nothing else. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Nothing is shared with another person because software decided to. Sharing in Saath is always an explicit act by you — you invite someone, and until they accept, nothing is shared with them.

Artificial intelligence

Saath uses AI to read documents you upload and to suggest what they mean — that a bill is due, that a statement covers a period. Two things are true of every one of those suggestions:

Identifying details are stripped before content is sent to the AI service wherever the task does not need them, and full account numbers are reduced to their last four digits.

How your documents are held

Your documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and when a document is deleted, the key material protecting it is destroyed.

Uploaded statements are removed on a schedule: the original file is deleted within about 30 days of processing, unless you or an administrator choose to retain it, or a feature you use requires keeping it longer. You will see the expiry on the document and can export it before it is removed. You can delete your documents yourself at any time.

Messages from people we do not recognise

If something arrives addressed to you from an address or number Saath does not recognise, we hold it and ask you whether you know the sender. If nobody claims it, it is deleted after 30 days. If you tell us it was not meant for you, we destroy it straight away and keep only a short record that it arrived — and after 30 days even the sender's address is removed from that record.

Who else sees your information

Only the people you invite, and the service providers we need in order to operate: hosting, the database, the email sender, the messaging carrier, the AI provider, and error monitoring. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We disclose information to anyone else only if the law requires it.

Your choices

Write to hello@saath.life for any of these.

Children

Saath is for adults. An adult may record details about a child they care for; a child does not hold their own Saath account.

Changes

Saath is in beta and this policy will change as the product does. The date at the top of this page is when it last changed. Material changes will be told to you directly, not buried here.
