Terms of Service
Last updated 10 September 2026 · Saath Life LLC
These terms cover your use of Saath. By using it you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
Saath is in beta
Saath is an invitation-only private beta operated by Saath Life LLC. It is unfinished software. Features will change, and things will occasionally break.
Keep your own copies of anything that matters. Saath is a place to keep track of your household, not a system of record — do not let it hold the only copy of an important document.
Your account
- You need an invitation, and you must be an adult.
- Keep access to your email secure — that is how you sign in.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@saath.life.
What you put into Saath
Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so far as we need to in order to run the service for you — hold your documents, read them to make suggestions, and send the messages you have asked for.
Only upload things you have the right to upload. If you record details about another person, do so because you have a genuine reason to coordinate on their behalf.
Text messages
Message frequency varies by account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help.
We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
If you give us a mobile number you are confirming it is yours, or that the person it belongs to has agreed to hear from Saath about the things you coordinate together. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
Do not use Saath to:
- break the law, or help anyone else to;
- send anyone messages they have not agreed to receive, or send marketing of any kind;
- upload anything you do not have the right to hold;
- reach another person's account, or probe the service for weaknesses without asking us first;
- impersonate anyone, or claim a circle you do not belong to.
We may suspend an account that does these things.
AI, and what Saath is not
Saath uses AI to interpret documents and suggest what they mean. Its suggestions can be wrong, and nothing it produces is a record until you approve it.
Saath is awareness, not advice. It is not financial, legal, tax or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional. Decisions you make remain yours.
Availability and warranty
Saath is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we do not promise that AI output will be accurate.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Saath Life LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Saath is currently free to use. Where the law measures liability against what you have paid, that figure is zero.
Ending it
You can stop using Saath whenever you like. We may end or suspend access — because the beta closes, or because these terms have been broken. If we end your access other than for misuse, you will have a reasonable chance to retrieve your documents first.
Changes to these terms
These will change as the beta does. The date at the top says when they last did, and material changes will be told to you directly.
